Keep It Clean
Having sorted out your internet connection and firewall, the next task is to ensure your machine stays free of problems caused by rogue software from the internet. This involves ensuring your Windows software is up to date with any security fixes Microsoft issue, having a current and working Anti-Virus program and having measures in place to protect or clean up something known as Spyware. (Sounds sinister doesn't it?).
